Non Faulty Policy
Ingram Micro has a 14 day from invoice, no quibble policy for product returns. 'Non-Faulty' allows you to return product (without query) that have been received and is not required. (On our Website products displaying "No Return" are excluded from Ingram Micro's 14 No Quibble Return Policy. Once the order is placed, you agree to accept the goods and are unable to return via normal return procedure).
This may be the result of an incorrect order or your customer cancels their order. To return this type of product you should:
- Complete an RA Request form within 14 days of invoice date. You can use the Online RA Request Form. You should receive your Return Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours
- Please return the product to Ingram Micro with the RA number clearly affixed to the outside of the carton, within seven days of the RA issue.
- If the RA number cannot be identified, we will return the product to you immediately at your expense.
- Please do not write or mark the shipping container as it may render the product un-saleable and disqualify the return authority.
- You should arrange and pay for shipping the goods to our warehouse except where Ingram Micro has incorrectly processed your order. In that case, Ingram Micro can make shipping arrangements for the return of goods.
- Please be aware that this is not "Sell or Return" and requests must be received within 14 days of invoice date.
As you will understand, we can only accept product returns which are unopened and in pristine condition.
