- Your Ingram Micro account number
- Company Name
- Name of the person who would like to receive Techbyte
- The email address you would like subscribed
How do I change my email address?
Please email techbyte@ingrammicro.co.nz stating:
- Your Ingram Micro account number
- Company Name
- Name of the person who receives Techbyte
- Current email address
- The new email address
What is my pin?
Techbyte is set up with the default pin, PIN. If this does not work for you, or you have forgotten your PIN, please email techbyte@ingrammicro.co.nz stating
- Your Ingram Micro account number
- Company Name
- Name of the person who receives Techbyte
- Current email address
How do I customise my preferences?
To personalise the information you receive on Techbyte, click on the link at the base of Techbyte "Customise the news I receive"

Did you know you can customise a Techbyte promotion for your customers? Cut and paste a techsheet into word (v2000) and you can customise by making changes such as removing dealer pricing and replacing with RRP, or adding your own logo etc.
